Can I ask for a custom trip?

Perfect! we like adventurous people that want to do things out of the ordinary, if you have something in mind let us know, or we can give you some ideas that we have in our pocket, let’s have fun together!

At what time are your departures?

Our morning trips departs at 9 AM and our afternoon trips depart at 2:00 PM.

Do you offer dock pick up?

We only pick up at oceanfront locations south of our shop on the way to the reefs. There is a $4 USD per person per day fee for certain pickup locations some include (Sunscape Sabor, Dreams, Secrets Aura Resort, Allegro Hotel, Occidental Grand, Iberostar)

How much should I tip?

The average tip is 10% to 20% of what you paid for the tour. All our staff will appreciate it very much.

How early in advance should I make my reservation?

Depending on the season, we recommend at least 1 month. If not, ideally at least 3 days in advance, however we do take reservations as short as 12 hours prior to the day trip and if space is available, we are more than happy to accommodate you.

How do I make a reservation?

Fill out the booking form in our website. You will then receive and email confirming availability and a link where you will be able to pay your deposit. Pay your deposit (don’t forget to write down your information with it or let us know when you do it). Ready! You will receive a confirmation email, see you soon!

I’m staying on the mainland (Playa del Carmen or Cancun)

We cannot offer pickups from the mainland. You will need to take a 45 min ferry from Playa del Carmen then a 10 min taxi to meet us at Marina Caleta for departure. If you are planning to book a 9 AM morning trip you will need to take the 8 AM ferry over to Cozumel and if you plan on diving in the afternoon at 2 PM, please take the 1 PM Ferry over to Cozumel.

How’s your English?

All our crew speaks english so you we will understand each other perfectly :)

Do you have snorkel shared groups?

Our main experience are private tours, but from time to time we arrange groups! send us an email asking for this experience and the date you’d like to do it and we will let you know.

Do you do night dives?

Yes. They are based on request. We must have at least three divers signed up to do a night dive.

How do I make my payment?

• All prices are in US dollars

• Booking deposits are done thru PayPal

• Balance of payment is due upon check-in at our shop.

• We accept payments in: Cash US dollars & Pesos, Credit & Debit Cards, Bitcoins, Paypal and stripe ( 5% card processing fee)

• A 5% transaction fee will be added to payments done with Paypal, Stripe and Cards

• We will only accept payments in Paypal up to 50% of the total balance
