Cancellation policy.

Please understand that our space is limited due to the type of small personal service we offer and because of this our cancellation policy has little flexibility.

  • Full refund applies to cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the first reservation
    The booking deposit will be fully refunded through Paypal within a period of 15 days (PayPal fees may apply for deposits more than 60 days old)

  • Partial refund applies to cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the first reservation
    50% of the booking deposit will be refunded through Paypal within a period of 15 days (PayPal fees may apply for deposits more than 60 days old)

  • No refund applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the first reservation

  • No refund applies to same-day cancellations

  • No refund applies to cruise ship passengers’ cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) due to cruise rescheduling, delays, or time zone changes.

  • Cancellation by Ocean Experience Cozumel due to weather
    A full refund will be given. Experiences may be canceled only if the Harbor Master closes the port to water crafts due to bad weather.
